We are an experienced, full service BBQ catering company serving the Hudson Valley and nearby Connecticut. We work with you to customize a menu specific for your event and guests (GF, veg and vegan included) and only cater one event at a time so each each function gets our individual attention and care.
Our staff is experienced in wedding catering and we are totally mobile and self sustaining enabling us to cater at barns, camps and other outdoor rustic venues.
