A wing containing the music room, now known as Founder Hall, was built in 1909 and an organ loft was added in 1916. Founders Hall is now used as an inside ballroom for romantic weddings and other events seating up to 100 guests. The adjacent lawn can be tented to accommodate up to 300 guests. Pine Manor College acquired the Dane Estate and surrounding acreage in 1962
