Seating (chairs & tables) for 100 guests
Tablecloths (120″ and white in color)
Kitchen for staging area for your caterer
Air-conditioned 6 station restroom trailer
Complimentary one-night stay in the Steinbeck (available only from Apr – Dec)

Three members of our staff to assist with venue setup
Generous time allotted for setup in advance of event
Vendor flexibility: You may bring your own or we may suggest vendors who are reasonably priced and do an outstanding job.
