Catering - Food Trucks: We have trucks that offer a cuisine to fit nearly any preference. Many of our trucks are operated by trained chefs who offer catering menus well beyond their standard street food offerings on a regular basis. The North Texas Food Truck Association is your expert, one-stop location to work with the best food trucks in North Texas. We will guide you in the selection of truck(s), how many you'll need based on the size of the group and what logistics or permits you need to consider when hiring a food truck to cater your wedding or other event.
Food trucks should be booked 3-6 months in advance to assure availability and time to obtain necessary permitting for any north Texas City other than Dallas, Fort Worth or Denton as regulations vary by city.
