We are a unique 190 acre venue for a rustic barn / farm style wedding and reception about 3 1/2 hrs from the DC area or Richmond VA. There are outdoor wedding sites with mountain views, and covered entertaining space as well. Good for weddings up to 100 - officiant available. The very reasonable venue rental is for the entire place, all the rooms, all the land for the whole weekend. DIY on catering, music, seating and tables (we can share info on vendors). Our lodge rooms, cabins, private apartment, glamping tent can accommodate up to 18 people. We will assist in finding other lodging in the area, if needed.
