Layz S Ranch is a 150+ acre working farm suitable for elegant or rustic wedding ceremonies and receptions, located in Fluvanna County, Virginia. We are Fluvanna’s premier farm wedding location! We offer a covered, airy pavilion that is open on three sides to let the outdoors in with the flexibility of barn-style doors that can be closed in the event of inclement weather. The hand-crafted fireplace (built with rocks from the farm) provides a warm ambiance to enhance any setting. The pavilion is lighted with lanterns and chandeliers and has electric outlets for your use. The rustic style fans provide a gentle breeze when needed. Attached to the pavilion is a hand-stamped concrete patio and wooden wedding arbor suitable for your ceremony, reception area, or dance floor. In addition to the patio, there is a relaxing fire pit area where guests can gather to mingle and socialize.
The farm’s rolling hills provide a picturesque setting for your big day with many potential settings for your intimate or expansive ceremony as well as for your wedding and bridal portraits. The pond and wooden bridge are excellent portrait locations as well.
Included with your use of the farm is the use of our hand-crafted farm tables and benches to seat approximately 125, parking assistance, trash removal, and the use of our farm store for your catering staging area or bar service area. We also have permanent restroom facilities for the comfort of you and your guests.
