Renovated in 2010 our historic factory houses a one-of-a-kind
organic distillery, full-service restaurant, and multiple event spaces for weddings
and special events. We worked hard to preserve the original spirit of the building
and want that same spirit to shine through in everything we do. From our small-batch spirits and locally-sourced ingredients for our kitchen, to the events we host- we focus on
