We’ve been making awesome movies for 10 years and love the emotional impact that can come from a beautifully shot and perfectly edited little story. Some of our clients prefer a strong directorial hand to make suggestions and guide them while we shoot; others like a more documentary style were we simply allow our cameras to observe. We’re happy working either way, just let us know what’s going to be best for you and your guests. The whole point is to have an awesome time; the footage we get is to help you remember it.
Award winning film maker John Lavin began his career as an editor in Los Angeles working primarily in unscripted and documentary entertainment. Lavin has directed and edited countless music videos, commercials, corporate videos, sizzle reels, web series and short films over the last decade. He created the show Three Dads and a House for HGTV and Backflip and Restored for DIY Network. His feature documentary, Hollywood to Dollywood, has played at over 50 film festivals, receiving 25 awards. He enjoys architecture and design, travel, cold beer, American cinema, historical fiction, the outdoors and epic times with friends and family.
