Groomed mesquite trees shade native grass land around the barn. A caliche path leads from the main house and wanders beneath the trees.
There are several country options to use as back drops for the bride and groom: Wrought iron arch, Old door set up, hay bales, etc.
Perfect as an outdoor location. Use the main barn to host the reception / dance or to escape unfavorable weather.
The barn was built in 2014. Lighting and ceiling fans are installed. A small prep kitchen is available.
Also available for a handful of people is the Lipan Creek setting. Inviting spring water over gravel and flat rock enticing bare feet and laughter. The canopy of trees provide shade for a picnic or country theme event.
Seating, tables, and restrooms must be rented at this point.
Popcorn, snow cone, cotton candy, and margarita machine rentals available in-house. In-house rental options also available for hay bales, some vintage décor, and local cabin.
The presence of farm/ranch animals can be arranged.
