Located in the gorgeous woods of Central Wisconsin, I photograph couples in love and their sweet, rustic weddings all across Wisconsin...from Madison, to Milwaukee, to Door County, the Northwoods, and more! Rustic weddings are where my heart is!
I am a pretty simple girl when it comes to my vision...I see a photo I love and I want to live in that photo. Crawl right in, be right there, in that moment again.
Growing up, I spent endless summers in my grandparents' 70s A-frame on a channel in the woods of Wisconsin. That place represents so many things to me...childhood, family, sun, summer, laughing, peace, youth, endless fullness and warmth. Memories of the best things I carry with me in my life still and create daily with my own sweet little family. Home is the essence of what fuels my creativity. The nostalgia surrounding everything related to home is the ethos that weaves throughout my work.
I am inspired by the unique connections between people, beautiful natural light, the organic elements of photography, shooting film, vibrant color, energy, fleeting moments, laughing hard, loving harder, and the woods.
