Bootheel is a specialty caterer based in Arlington, Virginia. We offer delicious Southern cuisine, award winning pit barbecue, delicious side dishes and a variety of home-style desserts.
At Bootheel we make all of our rubs, sauces, and dressings from scratch. Our cuisine is never mass produced or frozen. We prepare your menu selections using locally raised, farm fresh and sustainable ingredients creating exceptionally fresh and flavorful food that you will thoroughly enjoy and be proud to serve. Our way takes more time and effort but we believe it provides you with a superior product.
OUR SERVICES
We work closely with each host to make sure every detail is considered. Choose between Full-Service Catering & Event Planning (everything from wait staff & bartenders, rental equipment, tents, lighting, music, flowers and decor), Specialty Catering (pig roasts, crawfish boils, fish fry, low country boil, etc.) and our more casual Drop-Off Catering (with online ordering) and Mail Order.
