Included in our wedding packages:
Full use of the venue: Use of all our existing infrastructure (buildings, dinner chairs & tables, plateware, silverware, linens, glassware, etc.)
Our catering service: Which features a two-part menu including cocktail hour & reception dinner portions.
Along with the food, our catering service also provides all the service, set up, & breakdown staff for the event.
Our event planning service: Which includes working directly with our events manager to coordinate all event details including: rental booking - vendor booking - lodging booking - beverage offerings - day of timeline
We work closely with our chefs in creating custom menus based around seasonal produce available on the farm during a given season. Any food product that cannot be sourced from the farm directly (meat and fish for example) is always sourced locally if possible, from an organic producer whenever possible.
