The Roanoke, Chowan, and Cashie rivers and the Albemarle Sound provide ample opportunity for water related activities such as kayaking, and the world-renowned beaches of the Outer Banks are about a three hours drive away. History abounds in the region with near-by historic destinations like Edenton, New Bern and Bath.

Historic Venue

This handsome Greek Revival-Italianate church building was constructed in 1845. The church was built with central entrance tower with broad stairs leading up to the main entrance. The soaring ceiling and large windows flood the church with light making for a bright, open space. Original pews continue to provide comfort to generations today.
