A romantic Farm to Fork rural wedding destination retreat venue in the driftless area on the Buffalo River near Mondovi, Wisconsin. Dancing Yarrow Retreat is nestled in 21 acres and offers 15 acres of wooded trails that run next to the river, and 4 acres organic gardens. We have multiple possibilities for the ceremony location. We have a quarter mile of river frontage, and an overlook with a ceremony area. We also have a barn with a ceremony area, and back area for a tent for the reception. There is also a spiral flower/herb wheel that the bride can walk the spiral flower garden to the groom waiting at the center, or they can make the walk together and the guests gather in a circle around them.
At the retreat center, we have a 4,000 square foot building with 2 apartments, one having 4 bedrooms, bath/laundry, kitchen, living room and three decks for rent and the other 2 bedrooms, bath/laundry, kitchen, living room and upper deck overlooking the river. Many couples book the retreat center for themselves and some of their traveling guests. We do offer rustic camping as well. Guests enjoy all the activities to do here, or not, and just leisurely relax and enjoy the beauty.
