Camp Nauvoo is a new venue that opened up to weddings in 2018. We are located on 86 acres of beautiful Tahoe like property with Weber Creek running through it in Placerville, California.
It offers a beautiful creek side venue with all the basics of a wedding venue. Although most of our weddings are outdoors we do feature a 1200 SF lodge with fireplace and commercial kitchen including walk-in refrigerator room. Our restrooms feature flush toilets and showers. The highlight of the site is a beautiful meadow with outdoor lights and the creek running along side it. It's great for those wedding pictures.
We only offer one wedding per day and/or weekend. Our site is affordable and allows our brides to customize the look and feel including bringing in their own vendors. We have on-site multiple trellis' in addition to a classic gazebo, a bride's room and of course we have tables and chairs on-site to accommodate up to 150 guests. All items are inclusive with a few exceptions that include a dance floor and large wedding cabana in case of inclement weather.
Our niche in the market is an offering for a camping wedding for the outdoor enthusiasts where we offer glamping and canvas tents as well as tent camping. The site offers all the hallmarks for a group gathering including outdoor camp fire bowl with stadium seating, volleyball/basketball courts and playground.
We are conveniently located right on the outskirts of Placerville and therefore close to hotels and convenient for vendors yet the site is very remote.
