Bolivar St. BBQ is a family owned restaurant in historic downtown Sanger, Texas. We also have two food trucks available to bring on-site. We prepare food for pickup, we offer catering delivery we also do full on-site setup, serving and clean-up for your special occasions! Our big-boy smokers run 24/7 and we are proud to serve mouth-watering, Texas-style smoked brisket, pulled pork, ribs, sausage, burgers, home-made family recipes for great sides and more! The only problem we’ve encountered so far is that it’s hard to save room for seconds! BBQ lovers looking to savor great food will not be disappointed. We can’t explain the pleasure that will occur after you enjoy tasty bites of our food! And for those not living near Sanger ~ hey, we’re only 45 minutes away from Dallas or Fort Worth, 10 minutes north of Denton and definitely worth the drive. We ARE a destination BBQ joint!
