The RiverRoom is located on the corner of Dock and Water in Historic Downtown Wilmington, NC. With 2,500 square feet of event and meeting space, we host events of all kinds - meetings, rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, wedding ceremonies, corporate events, sweet 16s, anniversary parties and much more! Our cocktail style receptions can accommodate up to 120 people.
The RiverRoom is Downtown Wilmington's only waterfront venue that allows you to select an outside caterer and bring in your own bar drinks! The RiverRoom's fantastic view and rustic feel is the perfect place for your next event!

The RiverRoom is owned by Brian McArtan, who also owns DJ Professionals & Video. Brian and his entertainment team have been working as one of the areas leading disc jockey for over seven years! Melissa Mendoza is The RiverRoom's events manager and is available by appointment Tuesday-Friday between 1:00pm-6:00pm.
The RiverRoom's exclusive disc jockey entertainment company is DJ Professionals & Video. The RiverRoom offers a special discount on DJ rates of $700 for a minimum of four hours; however, additional time can be added if needed!
The RiverRoom has a deck on the side of The JW Brooks Building that is available for wedding ceremonies and receptions. The deck rental is an additional $300 with a 48 hour cancellation policy due to increment weather.
