Our dedicated catering staff assist you in preparing for the big event and insure that every detail is in place. Owner and Events Coordinator Linda Harmon has nearly thirty years of experience and guides each event with grace and knowledge. Only one event per day is scheduled which allows the Inn’s entire staff to focus completely on your event. There are no set arrival times and no set schedules; your event can be planned in any way you would like.

Tables in the Big Tent
The Red Barn, our Wedding Barn, provides the charm of old Vermont; a perfect spot for your ceremony and then again for music and dancing after dinner. A tall, white peaked Camelot tent is set up on our patio - just in front of the wide doors of the Red Barn. The close arrangement of Red Barn and tent is a visually striking combination and an ideal blend of two beautiful spaces.

Picture yourself at Baldwin Creek – your ceremony outside under the South Lawn arbor or in the Red Barn; follow with the social hour on beautiful grounds – photographs by the creek and in the gardens. And then an unforgettable dinner served buffet–style under the tent. After dinner head into the Red Barn for music and dancing before the delectable wedding cake is served. And all the while the music plays on.

Buffet and Tables Under the Tent
The Inn can accommodate small, intimate parties of up to 45 guests year around inside the Inn. Outdoor receptions are held May – October and can accommodate up to 200 guests.

We handle all aspects of receptions, from the food and bar to staff and tent rental. Our facilities fee covers tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware and silverware, use of our grounds and Red Barn, and the talents of wedding consultant Linda Harmon.

A personalized menu is created for each event featuring the legendary farm–fresh cuisine of Chef Doug Mack. Appetizers, lunch or dinner, wedding cake and after dinner desserts are all carefully planned.

Flower Arrangement
For Saturday weddings the Inn must be booked for both Friday and Saturday nights. Holiday weekends require a three night booking. This allows us to focus entirely on you, your family and friends for your entire stay.

Weddings are reserved well in advance. Please call to secure your preferred date. A confirmation deposit is required to hold your wedding date. This deposit is non-refundable unless cancellation occurs at least eight months in advance.
Florist, photographer and musicians are vendors not included in our package. However, we have worked with many talented professionals over the years and are happy to help you find just the right people to assist in making your wedding at Baldwin Creek perfect.
