First & Green was built in 1867 and served for over 140 years as Grenada's hardware store. Purchased and fully renovated in 2014, this stately building on Grenada's historic Courthouse Square offers 5,000 square feet of event space with 14 foot bead board ceilings, floor to ceiling bookshelves, the original ladders on rails, and a dramatic staircase providing a lovely spot for grand entrances and photographs. Subtle theatrical lighting in various colors, a great sound system, and full service top quality catering on site.
