Bryn Mawr Mountain Retreat and Conference Center is the ideal venue for your wedding. Within our Dining Room, the high ceilings, oak accents and stone pillars give the space an elegant feel, and with 10,000 square feet, there's plenty of room for you and your guests to kick up your heels and dance the night away. Enjoy cocktails on our magnificent deck, relive your childhood with a campfire, or move inside to our fireplace lounge when there's a chill in the air.
With comfortable accommodations, spectacular catering and fun-filled activities, from easygoing to elegant, your wedding day at Bryn Mawr will truly be a memorable experience. Our event coordinator will assist with every aspect of your wedding and wedding reception, whether you're saying your vows under the spring buds of our lakefront willow trees or against a rainbow of fall mountain foliage.
Bryn Mawr Mountain Retreat and Conference Center is the perfect place where all of your friends and family can take a long weekend to spend time with each other, and to bring out their competitiveness for camp games. A normal camp wedding consists of having your guests arrive on Friday for cocktails out on our stone patio followed by rehearsal dinner either in our dining room or outside in our Apple Orchard. On Saturday breakfast is served in the dining room and from there your guests will be ready to compete in 'Color War' games run by Bryn Mawr staff. Have guests that aren't interested in color war? No problem, there's plenty of outdoor space for guests to lounge around and enjoy the day. We offer different activities here at Bryn Mawr and the packages are based upon exactly what you want. Take a break and enjoy a BBQ lunch in our Apple Orchard then either return to the color war games or other activities that are still open before everyone gets ready for the ceremony. The ceremony can be held at one of our many beautiful spots on our lake. From the ceremony, guests head to the stone patio/dining hall deck for cocktail hour, followed by dinner and dancing inside our dining room. On Sunday guests would enjoy breakfast in the dining room and then hit the road to head back home.
